About The Position

Penn State Career Services is seeking current undergraduate students of all majors enrolled for the 2026–2027 academic year to serve as Peer Career Assistant Interns beginning Fall 2026. Interns will work a maximum of 10 hours per week in person at the Bank of America Career Services Center, earning an hourly wage starting at $12.00/hour. We are looking for undergraduate students (rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors) with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping fellow students achieve their career goals.

Responsibilities

• Providing mock interviews (in-person and virtual) through scheduled appointments
• Offering resume and cover letter reviews during drop-in hours for University Park students
• Supporting career development workshops , courses, and student events
• Taking Professional Headshot s
• Assisting with campus-wide career fairs and promoting Career Services programming
