Provide general admin/office support and tours of Dodge College facilities. The Admissions student staff are representatives of Dodge College that assist undergraduate prospective students and families with a positive, helpful attitude. This includes certain responsibilities such as: Answering emails, phone calls and assisting visitors to the Admissions office or other areas of Dodge College and Chapman University. They are responsible for any basic office duties or related admissions duties as assigned. They will also be required to learn and know the application process, admissions requirements, and deadlines, as well as having extra knowledge of Chapman and Dodge College to help answer questions from prospective students. Being responsible for learning and memorizing all aspects of Dodge College in order to give in-depth tours that include facility and program information, as well as their own experiences. Assist with larger group tours, special events, and VIP guests as needed. Being required to assist with prospective student outreach events such as, but not limited to, Preview Day and Discover Chapman Events, that may take place outside of regular office hours such as a weekend day or a weekday outside of regular business hours. Being able to physically attend all required monthly student staff meetings, which may take place outside of business hours during week days.
