Anticipated End Date: August 14, 2026 – All interns must be in office and in person on their last day to return equipment. Position Summary: Department Overview The Quantitative Team within Global Pricing and Valuation Services (“GPVS”) researches and builds valuation models for private equity, debt, and derivatives securities held in various Mutual Funds and Private Equity Funds. The Team also performs ad hoc analysis and valuation on restructurings, corporate actions, and financial markets. The activities of the Quant Team and GPVS are governed by the Valuation Committee (“VC”) and Mutual Fund Boards. • Use complex valuation models to price Private Equity and Private debt such as discounted cashflow models, comparable models, option pricing models, etc. • Use judgement to make decisions on the valuation assumptions. • We are responsible for valuation of all the private investments which Franklin Templeton makes across Globe.
