Come join us in delivering better outcomes for our clients around the world! 2026 Undergraduate Summer Intern – Job Posting Department Title: Undergrad Intern – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Location: The intern candidate must be able to commute into the Baltimore, MD office and work 2 days in office. Start Date: All interns must start in office and in person on June 8, 2026. Anticipated End Date: August 14, 2026 – All interns must be in office and in person on their last day to return equipment. Interns must be located in the same location throughout the duration of their internship and are prohibited from returning laptop/equipment to a different office location or shipping their equipment back. Position Summary: Support corporate quarterly earnings process Support annual planning and budgeting process Gain an understanding of the Asset Management Industry by working in Corporate FP&A where we support the CFO and CEO in making business decisions Team Culture: Team is remote spread out through the US and India Very collaborative culture as our work is highly judgmental Interact with other teams within Finance to develop variance explanations An intern in this department can expect to learn: Enhance communication skills through live video calls with members of the FP&A and overall Finance Learn more about the Asset Management industry through participation in the quarterly earnings process Learn more about the financial reporting process and how analysts use this information in building earnings models
