Anticipated End Date: August 14, 2026 – All interns must be in office and in person on their last day to return equipment. Interns must be located in the same location throughout the duration of their internship and are prohibited from returning laptop/equipment to a different office location or shipping their equipment back. Position Summary: The Mail & Document Processing team is responsible for maintaining and safeguarding documentation across all company offices. Our work supports nearly every department and includes essential services such as mail processing, document digitization, and archival management. The team also provides specialized operational support, including check printing and mailing for the Cash Settlements group. This is an especially dynamic time to join the Mail & Document Processing team. The company is actively reviewing the check‑printing process as part of a broader effort to reduce reliance on physical checks, which carry a higher risk of errors and fraud. The internship will center on evaluating the current check‑printing workflow and related materials to help design a more secure, efficient process that strengthens the client experience. As part of this initiative, the intern will also partner with the Marketing team to develop client‑facing communications aimed at promoting the transition to more secure and efficient ACH payment methods.
