As a Security Officer Screening Agent in McDonough, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Screener in a busy retail location, you will help monitor entry points, observe activity, and support security-related operations through a visible presence and attentive screening practices. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations prior to employment

Nice To Haves

• Loss prevention experience is preferred
• Customer service experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Screen visitors, team members, and/or deliveries in accordance with site policies, documenting concerns and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to support orderly operations during busy mall and retail traffic periods.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for conditions that may require a security-related response.
• Assist with monitoring entry points, verifying authorized access, and directing guests to the appropriate area while maintaining professional communication.
