About The Position
We are hiring a professional and competent UNARMED security officer for a multifamily (apartment) site in Houston TX 77002. Shifts available: -Saturday and sunday from 9pm-9am (nightshift) Our mission is to bring peace of mind and order to our clients, employees and shareholders.
Requirements
- Customer service
- Familiarity with detailed report writing
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.
- Registered as a security officer on DPS or possesses a valid Level II/Level III certificates.
- Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
Responsibilities
- Patrol pool area to keep residents and visitors from violating pool rules.
- Perform access controls at gates.
- Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
- Provide assistance to people in need.
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
