Unarmed Security Officer in Houston, TX 77070
About The Position
We're looking for a security officer, with valid Texas noncommissioned license to work 5 days per week Friday-Tuesday (weekends is a must) from 10pm-6am. $14.00 hourly pay, and plus $1.00 using your vehicle. Must have a decent, working vehicle. Location: Multifamily (apartment) in Houston, TX 77070 About Green City Security: Over the years, property managers and owners have trusted us with their residents, staff and assets. We perform our duties with the least environmental impact possible, utilizing electronic reports, remote camera monitoring, hybrid-vehicles, and human power. Requirements
- Level II Uncommssioned Texas Security Certification is required or registered as a Security Guard in Texas DPS
- Previous experience in Security preferred
- Strong customer service
- Phone with space to download apps
- Vehicle (we will give you magnets and lights).
- Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
Responsibilities
- Perform access controls at gates.
- Foot and vehicle patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
- Provide assistance to people in need.
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
