Requirements

• Prior experience as a security officer, school security, law enforcement, or military preferred
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Professional demeanor when interacting with students, staff, and the public
• Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Must pass background check and required school clearances

Responsibilities

• Patrol the property (inside and outside)
• Monitor people and activity to ensure safety
• Assist staff and interact positively with the public
• Report incidents or issues promptly
• Monitor cameras and maintain communication with dispatch
