The UM Administration Coordinator 2 contributes to the administration of care management and provides non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements to achieve and maintain optimal wellness by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members. The UM Administration Coordinator performs computations and varied activities with moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments. The decisions are typically focused on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Work within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing.
