About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team. In this role, you will perform ultrasound procedures for both outpatients and patients in the Emergency Department, following hospital protocols and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, independent judgment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or related healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound procedures for both outpatients and patients in the Emergency Department.
• Work closely with radiologists and other licensed physicians by presenting images and data.
• Exercise independent judgment when performing exams and addressing difficult or unusual situations.
• Evaluate images for technical quality and diagnostic accuracy.
• Provide department coverage after hours, participating in on-call rotation.
