Requirements

  • ARDMS or ARRT(S) certification in one or more specialties (Abdomen OB GYN Vascular etc.) required
  • Current BLS certification
  • Proficiency in sonographic anatomy imaging protocols and machine operation
  • Familiarity with SPECT PET and hybrid imaging systems
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional patient centered service to all clients

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures as ordered by the physician.
  • Ensure proper imaging techniques for diagnostic accuracy and patient safety.
  • Maintain patient comfort and provide clear instructions throughout the procedure.
  • Collaborate with physicians nurses and staff to support optimal patient care.
  • Document and maintain accurate patient records and imaging results.
  • Educate and answer patient questions related to ultrasound procedures.
