About The Position

The Ultrasound Technologist performs ultrasonographic exams and procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury. In addition, the position provides patient education and performs quality assessment activities for the division, under the direction of the Imaging Manager.

Requirements

  • 2-Year College Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ARDMS or A.R.R. T. Sonography registered.
  • Individual must have completed or is required to complete sonographic certification in at least one relevant area of specialty (General, Abdomen, Cardiac (Echo), Vascular, Breast, Fetal, Pediatric, Pelvic, Small Parts and OB/GYN) within 18 months of hire date.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous ultrasound experience is preferred.
