Job Description: Ultrasound Technologist General/Breast- Float Location: Manhattan and Brooklyn, NY Hours: 5/8.5hr shifts Monday–Saturday (varied schedule) Organization: New York Imaging (NYI)

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program (or equivalent)
RVT and/or ARDMS certification required
Minimum 2+ years of experience
Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

RDMS (Breast) preferred
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
RDCS/Echo experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of ultrasound exams, including breast imaging (screening, diagnostic, and procedures)
Prepare preliminary impressions and communicate findings to radiologists/cardiologists
Ensure proper equipment maintenance and documentation
Follow all radiology protocols and prioritize emergent cases
Assist physicians with procedures and biopsies
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
