Position Summary The Ultimate Hoops Referee assists in the execution of Ultimate Hoops Basketball League by officiating league games. They work closely with league coordinators and players to ensure a respectful and fun Ultimate Hoops experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Less than 1 year of experience operating scoreboards
  • General knowledge of basketball rules
  • Certified basketball official with local governing body

Responsibilities

  • Officiates Ultimate Hoops basketball games fairly
  • Follows and enforces all Ultimate Hoops rules during games
  • Interacts with players in a respectful, cooperative manner
  • Works closely with League Coordinator to ensure member satisfaction
  • Actively promotes Ultimate Hoops and Life Time to members and non-members
  • Articulates extensive knowledge of Ultimate Hoops and Life Tim programs, products, services, policies and procedures to prospective and current members
