About The Position

Officiate flag football games, ensuring adherence to the established rules and regulations Make impartial and accurate decisions regarding gameplay, fouls, and other game events Maintain composure and professionalism during games, addressing any conflicts or disputes as needed Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and other officials Report game outcomes and any incidents to the appropriate authority or league official Attend required training sessions and meetings J Flag Football is a fun, recreational program that emphasizes teamwork and good sportsmanship The J is committed to creating a diverse environment. Requirements

In-depth knowledge of the rules and regulations of Flag Football
Strong decision making skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to resolve conflict and handle disputes effectively
Must be able to work evenings and weekends
Must be reliable and punctual
Must have transportation to off site location
Physical fitness and stamina to keep up with the pace of the game
Constant standing, walking and exposure to the weather outdoors
Frequent walking/running, eye/hand/foot coordination, talking and hearing
