In this role, you’ll design scalable automation solutions that integrate UiPath’s RPA platform with emerging Agentic AI technologies, translating complex business needs into impactful, measurable results. You’ll bring clarity to ambiguity, solve challenging workflow problems, and guide cross-functional teams and clients through the automation journey as a trusted, collaborative leader who communicates with confidence, empathy, and technical expertise. Performance Objectives – What You Will Accomplish First 30 Days: Getting Grounded Establish a billable role on one or more automation projects leveraging UiPath products (including Studio, Orchestrator, Maestro, AI Center, Test Suite, IXP, Communications Mining, Generative AI, ML development, and Insights Analytics) Lead infrastructure, network, and security setup for UiPath environments Define solution architecture involving UiPath products, APIs, and integrations with ERPs, CRMs, and EHRs Create architecture diagrams, solution design documents, and data flow diagrams Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards Begin hands-on development using UiPath Studio, AI Center, and Agentic AI tools Manage workload of development team on large-scale solutions Within 60 Days: Taking Ownership Deep dive into Naviant’s automation portfolio and reusable assets Review historical use cases, solution designs, and automation governance models Interview cross-functional teams to understand project successes and challenges Contribute to the refinement of templates, frameworks, and best practices At 90 Days and Beyond: Driving Impact Drive continuous improvement across the Intelligent Automation practice Mentor developers and contribute to engineering standards and solution offerings Partner with leadership to evolve Naviant’s automation strategy and AI capabilities Lead client engagements and support pre-sales solutioning as needed

Requirements

  • Designs and develops scalable automation solutions with UiPath and AI technologies. Applies Agentic AI principles to optimize workflows while ensuring quality, maintainability, and business alignment.
  • Proficient in VB.NET, C#, and Python. Manages servers, firewalls, load balancers, and cloud/on-prem environments to deliver secure, high-performing solutions.
  • Leads cross-functional automation teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high-quality delivery that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Translates complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Builds trust and alignment through empathy, clarity, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Applies knowledge of healthcare, finance, and other regulated sectors to meet compliance and security standards. Demonstrates ownership, curiosity, and commitment to learning and innovation.
