Leidos is seeking a UX Specialist to be part of the mission solution and help lead our customer’s Digital Modernization Strategy. We are a team of forward-looking professionals in need of a strong candidate with these key required skills: Strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD) principles to include documenting user requirements and user needs (and pain points); Interaction/Interface design experience utilizing user-centered methods; designing or conducting formative various user research tests (including user interviews, contextual inquiry, card sorting, usability tests, and others) in both formal and informal settings; and experience preparing and presenting findings and recommendations in small and large group settings.
