We are growing our in-house design practice and looking for senior design leaders who want to help shape it from the inside. Designers work side-by-side with Product, Engineering, and Research to turn complex workflows into simple, coherent, human experiences. About the Role The UI/UX Product Design Lead is a player–coach role responsible for leading and developing a team of Product Designers while remaining hands-on in shaping key product experiences. You will set the bar for design quality, coherence, and craft across multiple product teams, while directly contributing to complex or high-impact design work yourself. In this role, you’ll lead a team of designers through discovery, concept development, validation, and execution , helping them grow their judgment, confidence, and product thinking. You’ll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to shape end-to-end experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and grounded in real user needs. This role is ideal for a senior design leader who enjoys building and coaching a team, setting clear standards, and staying deeply connected to the work.
