What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our AECO digital ecosystem, directly influencing how architects and engineers visualize data and collaborate on-site . Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 3-5 years of professional design experience, preferably within a mid-level or higher role .
  • Academic Foundation: Undergraduate degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field .
  • Design Fluency: Expert-level mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to bring complex ideas to life .
  • Agile Mindset: Comfortable navigating and executing UX research and design within an Agile development environment .

  • Experience conducting remote or on-site field usability testing with end-users .

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Design Journey: Own the full design lifecycle from deep-dive user research and persona creation to final implementation support .
  • Architect User Workflows: Design and optimize sophisticated workflows that transform high-level requirements into engaging, high-fidelity prototypes .
  • Champion the User: Act as the local UX advocate, collaborating with Product Managers and developers to ensure every solution is built with a "human-first" approach .
  • Master the Design System: Utilize and evolve a global design system to ensure a unified, premium look and feel across all mobile and web software solutions .
