About The Position

The UI/UX Designer plays a key role in leading the design phase of our product development. Working closely with Product Management and Engineering, this role translates product requirements into high-fidelity user interfaces and engaging user experiences. Xtrm is growing rapidly, and we are investing heavily in a streamlined, professional design process to deliver exceptional user experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about crafting intuitive web experiences and is excited by the opportunity to take ownership of the design process within a dynamic, forward-thinking company.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Web Design, UI/UX Design, or Product Design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including organizing and documenting design files for developer handoff.
• Portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
• Ability to work proactively in a fully remote environment and take ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design phase by translating functional requirements and product strategies into high-fidelity UI/UX designs.
• Build screens, interactive prototypes, and design assets using Figma.
• Partner with Product Management to ensure designs align with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to support smooth and accurate design handoffs.
• Apply user-centric design principles to create intuitive and visually engaging web interfaces.
• Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and iterate based on product needs and user goals.
