About The Position

You’ll be the strategic lead of a key branch of Knowt’s user-generated and creator-led content engine, responsible for building, scaling, and managing creator partnerships that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. This role is for someone who understands how content spreads, what makes people stop scrolling, and how to turn creators into a repeatable growth channel. We’re looking for someone with a sharp instinct for what goes viral in the education space, especially within exam-focused audiences, and the ability to turn that instinct into actionable content that drives app installs.

Requirements

  • Painfully online and highly tuned into social trends, platform behavior, and what makes content spread.
  • Strong understanding of how to create viral content in the edtech, student, or exam-prep space.
  • Equal parts creative strategist and operator — able to think big and execute fast.
  • Excellent at managing relationships and giving feedback that improves creative without killing authenticity!
  • Obsessed with testing, learning, and finding scalable growth opportunities through content.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve Knowt’s UGC and creator strategy for the exam verticals you manage.
  • Proactively identify, recruit, and secure culturally relevant creators aligned with the exam audiences you are responsible for.
  • Own the full creator partnership lifecycle: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, briefing, feedback, approvals, renewals, and retention.
  • Write clear, inspiring briefs that translate Knowt’s goals into content creators are excited to make.
  • Lead content execution & ensure briefs are followed and driving results while ensuring content feels native to each platform.
  • Turn platform trends, audience behavior, and performance insights into new creator concepts and viral content opportunities.
  • Constantly test hooks, formats, storytelling angles, and creator styles to find repeatable winning formulas.
  • Track and report on creator performance with clear recommendations for what to scale, improve, or stop.
  • Measure success beyond vanity metrics, including engagement quality, sentiment, brand consideration, trial intent, and community growth.
