About The Position

The UGC, Affiliate & Influencer Manager is responsible for building, managing, and scaling Dan-O’s ecosystem of content creators, affiliate partners, and influencers. This role ensures a steady pipeline of high-performing content that fuels social commerce, organic social channels, and paid amplification. This team member is both a relationship-builder and an operator—comfortable sourcing creators, negotiating partnerships, managing incentives, tracking performance, and collaborating closely with internal teams. The role sits at the center of content and commerce, ensuring creators are aligned with brand priorities and channel revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate programs, social commerce, social media, or talent management.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram creator ecosystems, UGC trends, and affiliate structures.
  • Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing creator partnerships across various talent tiers.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage high-volume workflows.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs such as conversions, engagement, and content performance.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and rapid growth.
  • A passion for social media culture, creators, and emerging platform trends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day execution of Dan-O’s UGC, affiliate, and influencer programs.
  • Identify, source, and recruit creators of all sizes (UGC creators, affiliates, micro/macro influencers) across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Build scalable onboarding processes, communication workflows, and ongoing partner management systems.
  • Develop and implement performance-based incentive structures, commission models, and promotional strategies.
  • Track creator performance, conversions, and ROI across social commerce and organic social channels.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of UGC content for TikTok Shop, organic social, and paid media needs.
  • Work with creators to brief content direction, product messaging, and platform best practices.
  • Review, organize, tag, and distribute incoming content to internal teams for publishing and merchandising.
  • Recommend top-performing creators for ongoing partnerships, deeper incentives, or ambassador roles.
  • Partner with the Social Commerce Director to ensure the creator pipeline aligns with sales goals.
  • Coordinate creator-driven promotional pushes (e.g., live shopping events, product drops, seasonal moments).
  • Support storefront optimization by identifying creator content that converts and drives growth.
  • Monitor TikTok Shop creator marketplace performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with Organic Social, Creative, Paid Media, and Marketing teams to align creator output with brand priorities.
  • Share weekly performance insights and creator recommendations with internal stakeholders.
  • Support the creation of content toolkits, briefs, guidelines, and platform-specific playbooks.
