Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing, preferably in e-commerce, with proven success managing large creator networks.
- Possesses strong writing and communication skills, adept at crafting compelling hooks that drive sales.
- An analytical, growth-focused individual with excellent organization and follow-through, capable of motivating creators without hand-holding.
Responsibilities
- Oversee creator sourcing and qualification, refining the Ideal Creator Profile using performance data.
- Lead daily creator communication via email and WhatsApp, fostering a thriving community and driving engagement.
- Develop 3+ weekly high-converting hook and script combos, translating viral insights into actionable content for creators.
