About The Position
We are building a pipeline of experienced UAT Test Managers / Leads to support upcoming large-scale system implementations in the public sector. This role focuses on leading business-driven user acceptance testing efforts in collaboration with client stakeholders and delivery teams.
Nice To Haves
- Prior UAT leadership on enterprise or government systems
- Experience with eligibility, case management, or human services platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with common test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps)
Responsibilities
- Lead UAT planning, execution, and readiness activities
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, project leadership, and technical teams
- Define UAT entry/exit criteria and manage defect triage
- Provide clear status reporting and testing insights to leadership
