About The Position

We are seeking an experienced UAT Test Lead to support a critical Credit Risk initiative. This role will lead all User Acceptance Testing activities, acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure testing aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include developing UAT test plans, creating and reviewing test cases, coordinating onshore/offshore testing teams, and managing defect triage and resolution. The ideal candidate brings strong UAT expertise, deep knowledge of the Credit Risk domain, and proven experience guiding distributed teams in fast-paced environments. Proficiency with Agile tools (Rally) for managing user stories, test cases, and defects is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, leadership, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with compliance and regulatory testing standards to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements

UAT expertise
Knowledge of the Credit Risk domain
Experience guiding distributed teams in fast-paced environments
