About The Position

The UAT Coordinator will serve as the validation orchestrator responsible for leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with Federal DoD healthcare stakeholders across headquarters and field locations. This role coordinates comprehensive testing programs including in-person and virtual sessions, evaluates persona-specific workflows for enterprise data catalog systems, and monitors usage analytics to ensure effective user adoption and system performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in test management, user acceptance testing, or quality assurance
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating stakeholder testing activities across Federal or healthcare environments
  • Experience with both in-person and virtual testing coordination and facilitation
  • Ability to translate technical knowledge into strategic recommendations
  • Knowledge of user experience evaluation methodologies and usability testing practices
  • Proficiency in test planning, execution, and results analysis
  • Understanding of persona-based testing approaches and workflow evaluation
  • Experience with usage analytics monitoring and performance measurement
  • Possess Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with an ability to prioritize, balance, and effectively advance multiple competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact in a professional and collaborative manner with fellow Dynanet Teammates and the clients, and business partners that we work with
  • Ability and desire to challenge and educate yourself to support and advance IT services delivery in the Federal agencies we serve
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
  • Respond to team member and client requests via email, MS teams, or other communication means during core business hours
  • Active listening skills to understand clients' needs, and collaboration skills to work with other developers and designers
  • BA in information technology, computer science, business administration, or related field
  • Active DoD High-Risk Public Trust designation

Nice To Haves

  • 7+ years of experience in test management or user acceptance testing
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise application testing and stakeholder coordination
  • Ability to engage with various stakeholders verbally and in writing
  • Experience with Federal healthcare system testing and validation processes
  • Knowledge of enterprise data catalog testing methodologies and self-service portal evaluation
  • Understanding of semantic search and NLP technology testing approaches
  • Experience with automated testing tools and analytics monitoring platforms
  • MA preferred
  • Active DoD security clearance preferred
  • Technical certification(s) in compliance with DoD Directive 8140 (CompTIA Sec+, CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.) is preferred
  • Testing certifications are preferred (such as ISTQB, CSTE, Agile Testing certifications, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive UAT planning and execution with Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) and headquarters (HQ) stakeholders including test scenario development, participant coordination, and session facilitation
  • Coordinate structured in-person testing sessions at Falls Church location and virtual sessions ensuring comprehensive stakeholder participation and feedback collection
  • Evaluate persona-specific workflows including data steward, analyst, and governance user scenarios for metadata management, data discovery, and self-service capabilities
  • Monitor and analyze usage analytics including user adoption trends, system performance metrics, and workflow effectiveness indicators
  • Develop and execute structured test scenarios for semantic discovery, Natural Language Processing (NLP)-enabled search, and self-service data discovery methods
  • Facilitate feedback collection and analysis including qualitative usability assessment and quantitative performance measurement
  • Coordinate stakeholder scheduling and availability management ensuring adequate participation across diverse user groups and organizational levels
  • Document UAT findings including usability barriers, adoption risks, improvement opportunities, and actionable recommendations
  • Support role-based documentation development including user manuals, training materials, and best practices guidance
  • Manage UAT logistics including test environment setup, participant onboarding, and technical support coordination
