About The Position
We are building a pipeline of Business SME Testers to support UAT activities on public-sector systems. This role is ideal for professionals with prior experience working in or supporting benefits, eligibility, or case management programs.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in SNAP, TANF, Child Support, Child Care, or similar programs
- Background as an eligibility worker, supervisor, analyst, or contractor
- Comfortable working in test environments and documenting results
Responsibilities
- Execute UAT scenarios based on real operational workflows
- Validate eligibility determinations, case actions, and outcomes
- Provide business feedback on usability and functionality
- Document issues and support retesting
