About The Position

As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for executing customer vehicle relocation service orders and supporting business operations. You will manage customer orders through effective communication and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Ability to learn and utilize all company systems and equipment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to provide up-to-date information.
  • Time management skills and the ability to follow through to completion.
  • Confident, assertive, and decisive, with a sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • High School Diploma.
  • 6 months of customer service experience; inventory experience is a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Excel, data entry, and CRM experience preferred.
  • Typing speed of at least 37 WPM.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute customer orders, ensuring instructions are followed precisely.
  • Coordinate and schedule the timely pickup and delivery of customer vehicles.
  • Oversee the completion of additional services such as vehicle detailing, titling/registration, and storage placement.
  • Communicate effectively via email, telephone, and CRM with staff, independent contractors, and contacts, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Update CRM activities and notes promptly, maintaining accurate data and uploading relevant photos and documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Calculate and offer flat fees on orders, sending bid sheets to independent contractors when required.
  • Manage the storage facility, tracking vehicle movements and inventory.
  • Check in vehicles, review and note any damages or issues, and manage vehicle movements in and out of the lot.
  • Maintain inventory, ensuring vehicles are operational and addressing issues as needed.
