As a Program Manager you will orchestrate a portfolio of related projects from concept through sustainment, ensuring each initiative aligns with corporate strategy, hits financial targets, and delivers measurable value to customers. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, control scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and serve as the single throat-to-choke for executive stakeholders.   • Lead, Manage, administer and organize programs in cooperation with and under the direction of Management and other teams/groups
  • Plan, budget, organize, and coordinate projects/programs
  • Provides training, enforcement of internal procedures and controls, and problem resolution
  • Works closely with upper management to provide strategic guidance to teams and project management to ensure the scope of each project is on schedule
  • Supports and works with other departments, groups, companies, organizations, and customers
  • Designs and develops or assists with design and development of programs and/or projects
  • Approves and monitors budget expenditure and provides interim status reports on; over-sees, coordinates, and/or assists with proposal writing to develop additional funding
  • Prepares program/project PNL and ensures goals and revenue are maximized based on schedule
  • Provides coordination and leadership in execution of day-to-day program/project activities
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience (PMP certification desired)
  • 4-10+ years of previous Program management experience or other management position (3+ years of industry experience preferred)
  • Good analytical skills to compile information into useful reports and presentations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge and proficiency with MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software is a strong advantage
