About The Position

Duties/Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and statistical models. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning teams to align demand forecasts with business strategies and promotional activities. Analyze demand variability, forecast accuracy, and bias; continuously monitor forecast performance and recommend improvements. Translate demand forecasts into actionable inputs for supply planning, production planning, and inventory management. Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to ensure cross-functional alignment. Identify risks and opportunities related to demand changes and proactively communicate insights to stakeholders. Manage and update demand planning systems and tools (e.g., ERP, APS, forecasting software). Support new product launches, phase-in/phase-out planning, and lifecycle management. Prepare regular reports and dashboards on demand trends, forecast accuracy, and key KPIs. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field 1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, or demand/supply management (more for senior positions). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across functions. Advanced MS Excel proficiency; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Additional language skills are advantageous. Requirements
