Position Summary: To assist freshman looking for help with DSNA 120 Figure Drawing in Motion Design, Entertainment Design, and Virtual Reality. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform the duties of the job: Duties and Responsibilities: · Students must be upper classmen (Sophomores or above) who have previously taken the appropriate DSNA classes. · Students must be recommended by DSNA faculty · Strong appropriate course skills · Strong communication skills · Ability to work with others and follow the set curriculum · Reports to work on time on the scheduled days and remain in the designated area while on duty. · Monitors the tools and equipment to make sure tools remain in the work area. Checks tools in and out of the tool closet or mini workshop room. · Student will have had safety training and part of their previous class or safety training will be provided upon hiring. · To be in regular communication with the lead instructors for each DSNA course about the number of students attending, any difficulties with spaces or technology. · As requested and as is possible, to attend DSNA instructor meetings and receive information about assignments and expectations throughout the semester. Knowledge and Skills: Students will have successfully completed DSNA 120. Students must be able to lift 20 lbs. Prior verifiable experience in an interactive classroom environment is desirable.
