About The Position
Provide consistent and thorough daily cleaning of all public areas to include the condominium lobbies, stairwells, elevators, bathrooms, etc. of Turquoise Place. Requirements
- Must possess good customer service skills to assist guests
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach
- Must be able to lift/move approximately 30-50 pounds
- Must be able to climb/stand on a ladder
- Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift
- Must be able to work in outside weather conditions as needed
Responsibilities
- Clean all lobbies and straighten furniture as assigned
- Clean around outdoor pools and straighten lounge furniture as needed
- Clean outdoor areas as assigned
- Clean and sanitize all public restrooms as assigned
- Clean elevator floors and walls and touch up as often as possible, vacuum tracks as needed
- Clean all glass doors and windows in lobbies as assigned
- Sweep, mop, and dust offices and common areas as assigned
- Straighten and stock janitor closets and carts at the end of shift
- Clean and disinfect trash compactor rooms daily
- Empty all trash cans during shift as needed
- Pick up trash and sweep curbs around buildings
- Place work orders for maintenance issues in all areas of property
- Be aware of chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and know the safety precautions they advise.
- Be aware of where eye wash stations are located
- Respond to guests with a cheerful and helpful attitude
- Assist with other duties as needed
