About The Position

Turndown Attendant is responsible for making lasting impressions on our guests by ensuring the guest’s room is clean, attractive and welcoming at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous Housekeeping experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk, push, pull, stoop, bend and lift items of moderate weight for an entire shift.
  • Working Environment: Interior of hotel with daily travel around property.
  • Exposure to hazardous chemicals.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Housekeeping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all the functions of a Room Attendant and Houseperson as needed and warmly greet all of our guests.
  • Offer assistance and information to our guests.
  • Clean guest rooms according to Omni’s standards for Room Attendants.
  • Provide water and ice to guests.
  • Offer guest towels, pillows and other services/amenities.
  • Change linens, turn-down bed.
  • Attend required department meetings and company training.
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the resort.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper attire/uniform and name tag when working.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.
