The Turndown Attendant role is a vital part of the Housekeeping team, dedicated to delivering outstanding quality and service to guests by ensuring a comfortable and refreshed environment in their rooms.

  • Valid work authorization for the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a comfortable environment in the guest rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in
  • Clean 45 - 50 rooms per shift
  • Remove used towels and replace them with clean ones from the Linen Closet
  • Wipe down any wet services in the bathroom
  • Fold any clothing left in room and place it in appropriate area of the room
  • Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens
  • Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absences or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, desk Attendant and House Attendant
