About The Position

As a Turf Route Manager, you will be responsible for managing a route of 400-500 customers, delivering excellent account management and customer service. You will perform turfgrass applications, fertilization, disease control, and other lawn care services. Requirements

3+ years of experience in green or agricultural industry preferred
Bachelor or Associates degree in agronomy, turfgrass or agricultural sciences is a plus
Valid Driver's License
Ability to obtain DOT certification
Ability to obtain and maintain state issued pesticide applicator license, turfgrass within 3 months
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Valid DL & DOT certification required

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain a route of 400-500 residential and commercial lawn care customers
Perform weed control, fertilization, and other turf treatments
Provide exceptional customer service and account management
Handle turf bid requests and create proposals for potential clients
Efficiently manage daily routes to ensure timely and quality service
Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive lawn care solutions
