About The Position

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a professional, growth-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Route Manager. In this key leadership role, you’ll help drive service excellence, develop frontline talent, and support business growth across your assigned district. This position is designed for career progression into higher leadership roles.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading teams
Experience in training, goal setting, employee development, and day-to-day team management
Strong customer service and communication skills
Clean driving record that meets company standards (CDL not required)
Ability to travel up to 50%
Willingness and ability to operate a delivery route when needed

Nice To Haves

Military experience highly valued and encouraged
Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Leading, training, and mentoring route drivers and customer service representatives
Conducting regular customer service audits and resolving service issues promptly
Supporting route operations during employee absences, including driving routes as needed
Driving growth and performance across your district through service excellence
Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and employee development
Maintaining strong relationships with customers and reinforcing our service commitment
Performing all other duties as assigned with a proactive, team-first mindset
Other duties as required.
