About The Position

TO SUM IT UP As a Tunnel Operator , you are the heartbeat of the wash line. You’ll guide vehicles safely into the tunnel, ensure every car is prepped for a smooth, high-quality wash, and create a fast, friendly, and professional experience for every customer. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a high-energy team, this role is for you.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Safely guide vehicles into the tunnel using hand signals and verbal communication
• Pre-spray and prep vehicles to ensure top-quality wash results
• Monitor tunnel operations to ensure safety, flow, and equipment performance
• Deliver friendly, proactive customer service at every interaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
• Follow safety protocols and company operating standards at all times
• Communicate with leadership and maintenance teams regarding any operational issues
• Support teammates across other site areas as needed
