ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Produce cooked meat chunks of blended meats that are the proper size with a firm texture by the removing of air, creating an emulsion, cooking a thin sheet, and cutting to the desired size a batch of blended meats. Accomplish room start-up procedures. Fill product line to extruder. Fill Extruder until even product flow. Adjust steam tunnel to target product temperature. (CP)Adjust cutter to produce target product length. (CP) Record all measurement on batch sheet. Physical Activities: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and walk.
