About The Position

Repair and maintain rental fleet and guest equipment. Adjust rental equipment to manufacturer specs. Handle guest and customer requests with efficiency and a good attitude. A strong knowledge of equipment and tuning practices.

Requirements

• 1+ years ski/snowboard/bike tune shop or equivalent experience.
• Strong Knowledge of tuning practices
• Must enjoy working and interacting with the public.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask
• Strong people skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be over 18 years of age
• Detail Oriented
• Exceptional Computer skills.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience with a ski resort, seasonal business and/or the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• Willing to train the right individual
• Preferred High School Diploma

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain guest equipment to the highest standards.
• Inspect and ensure integrity of equipment, reporting any deficiencies.
• Adjust rental equipment to manufacturer specs.
• Handle guest and customer requests with efficiency and good attitude.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Handle all equipment with respect and maintain a safe working environment.
• Complete all reports on repaired equipment in a timely manner.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Weekly tuning of rental fleet
• Helping with Demo Days
• Maintain tune shop facility and all machinery and tools
