About The Position

Repair and maintain rental fleet and guest equipment. Adjust rental equipment to manufacturer specs. Handle guest and customer requests with efficiency and a good attitude. Repair and maintain guest equipment to the highest standards. Inspect and ensure integrity of equipment, reporting any deficiencies. Adjust rental equipment to manufacturer specs. Handle guest and customer requests with efficiency and good attitude. Keep work area clean and organized. Handle all equipment with respect and maintain a safe working environment. Complete all reports on repaired equipment in a timely manner. Complete other tasks as assigned. Weekly tuning of rental fleet Helping with Demo Days Maintain tune shop facility and all machinery and tools

Requirements

1+ years ski/snowboard/bike tune shop or equivalent experience.
Strong Knowledge of tuning practices
Must enjoy working and interacting with the public.
Proven problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask
Strong people skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be over 18 years of age
Detail Oriented
Exceptional Computer skills.
Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Prior work experience with a ski resort, seasonal business and/or the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
Willing to train the right individual
Preferred High School Diploma
