Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Register patients and update demographic/insurance information
• Verify insurance and obtain required signatures
• Schedule appointments
• Generate and review patient charts
• Ensure proper documentation and physician signatures
• Enter data into computerized systems
• Maintain medical records and registration logs
• Process and label lab specimens
• Assist with patient transport when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
