About The Position
About the Role: The Tug Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles within the Nissan Canton facility. This position is responsible for operating tug vehicles to transport cars and materials between designated areas, supporting the overall workflow of the consumer support services environment. The operator must maintain strict adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents and damage to vehicles or property. Effective communication and coordination with team members and supervisors are essential to optimize operational efficiency. Ultimately, the Tug Operator contributes to a seamless production and delivery process by facilitating timely and accurate vehicle handling.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating industrial vehicles or tugs in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations related to vehicle operation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow detailed instructions.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may include standing, walking, and occasional lifting.

- Certification in industrial vehicle operation or forklift driving.
