The TSQ Specialist provides technical expertise and project-based support across safety, training, quality, and onboarding initiatives. This role partners closely with operations teams, new hires, and customers to ensure alignment with safety standards, training requirements, onboarding expectations, and quality objectives. Responsibilities include field observations, PPE issuance, customer site walks, and ensuring all safety documentation—including permits, JHAs, and site-specific plans—is completed per customer standards. In addition to field-facing responsibilities, the TSQ Specialist plays a key role in onboarding and leadership development efforts by helping design and deliver training programs that support new employee integration, frontline leader readiness, and continuous improvement across the organization.
