This position is responsible for general food service prep work, in the Junction or TSC (Marketplace & Catering) Kitchen. Duties include: Basic prep & order fulfillment. Preparing food items used in the Junction or the Marketplace and Catering. Peeling onions, carrots, washing and cutting fruits and vegetables. Cutting and trimming meats, chicken, beef, pork and fish. Cooking meats, sauces, starches, and vegetables. Keep the work station clean and sanitized. Help other areas during busy times. Other duties assigned by the chef.
