The TSC Administrator position is responsible for supporting orders and workflow in the TSC. Orders are submitted by Telaid project teams or directly by the customer. It is the responsibility of the TSC Administrator to respond to issues and provide support for the Teams executing these orders. This position has the added responsibility of: Supporting the warehouse staff through managing escalations Creating inventory receivers, Working with third party vendors to track PO’s/shipments, Assist with identifying unexpected shipments for receiving
