Requirements

  • Three years of experience in the wealth management industry required.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation (or ability to obtain within departmental guidelines) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the administration and support of trust and estates space preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts initial analyses of trust documents to determine acceptability and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Communicates processes, procedures, and requirements to clients, as needed.
  • Completes day to day administration of trust accounts. This may include coordinating and facilitating transactions, new account openings, terminations, beneficiary updates, and account reviews.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and their advisors in partnership with Senior Trust Advisors.
  • May prepare client presentation materials and participate in client meetings.
  • Maintains understanding of trust administration as well as all compliance, regulatory, and departmental policies.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
