U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services is a major provider of corporate trust services globally. The Trust Reporting Manager is responsible for the leadership and overall management of a team of Corporate Trust Analysts, ensuring the achievement of unit and divisional objectives. This includes developing and maintaining unit policies, procedures, and training initiatives, as well as hiring, training, and managing staff performance through goal setting, coaching, and recognition. The manager also prepares and reviews various management and exception reports. In addition to managing operations, processes, and compliance, the Trust Reporting Manager may collaborate with Business Development Officers, counsel, and Relationship Managers on evaluating new business opportunities, particularly those involving moderately complex structures with standard or custom processing platforms. This role serves as a resource for peers and a subject matter expert in specific deal types, servicers, or technical areas. A key responsibility involves creating and/or ensuring the quality and timeliness of investor reports for highly complex structured finance instruments. This position can be found in any of the investor reporting groups within the organization, with specific duties potentially varying by business.
