About The Position

Provide administrative support to attorneys in the Trusts and Estates department. Prepare and file legal documents, including wills, trusts, and estate planning documents. Requirements

  • Previous experience as a legal secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Willingness to learn Trusts and Estates law.
  • Typing speed of at least 70 words per minute.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with legal billing software (preferred but not required).
