About The Position

Program equipment both offline and online using TruTops software. Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and detailed work instructions to ensure accurate fabrication. Adjust machine programs, tooling, and parameters to maximize cut quality and reduce cycle time. Perform first-article inspections and conduct ongoing in-process quality checks to verify accuracy. Monitor machine performance and complete routine preventative maintenance tasks. Partner with engineering, quality, and production teams to drive process improvements. Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work area at all times. What we are looking for: - 3+ years of hands-on experience operating TRUMPF laser systems Demonstrated proficiency with 5-axis laser cutting equipment Strong command of TruTops for both offline and online programming Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and GD&T requirements Experience working with a variety of metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum Solid mechanical aptitude with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Background in high-mix, low-volume, or prototype manufacturing environments Familiarity with automation and material handling systems Prior experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience operating TRUMPF laser systems
Demonstrated proficiency with 5-axis laser cutting equipment
Strong command of TruTops for both offline and online programming
Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and GD&T requirements
Experience working with a variety of metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
Solid mechanical aptitude with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Background in high-mix, low-volume, or prototype manufacturing environments
Familiarity with automation and material handling systems
Prior experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives
